Mr. Martin has substantial experience developing cost-effective alternatives for site remediation, and litigation and property transfer projects.

Ms. Nicole Ott is an environmental scientist with more than 20 years of consulting experience, focused on characterization and remediation of media at sediment and upland CERCLA and Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) sites impacted by PCBs, dioxins/furans, PAHs, and metals. She specializes in leading teams that develop allocation strategies and expert reports using forensic evaluations, sediment transport studies, and historical research. She also has extensive experience evaluating natural recovery and recontamination potential in sediments. Ms. Ott is a detail-oriented and well-organized leader, motivating her multi-disciplinary project teams, thoroughly compiling relevant information, scoping projects, directing data acquisition and presentation, interpreting results, and communicating findings to clients and other parties.

She has more than 20 years of experience performing site assessments, including hydrodynamics, sediment transport, particle dynamics, and marine and hydrokinetic energy. Dr. Chang has managed programs involving field operations, data processing and analysis, and numerical modeling for environmental characterization, and scientific research.
