Dr. Russ Keenan is a toxicologist with 25 years of experience specializing in chemical risk assessment focused on the potential human health and ecological risk of organic and inorganic chemicals and on time-dependent probabilistic risk assessment methods. He directs a team of scientists in evaluating risks associated with chemical exposures at a number of sites involving multiple exposure pathways.

Dr. Marcia Greenblatt is a water resources engineer with nearly 20 years of specialized experience in hydrodynamic, water quality, and sediment investigations. She has extensive involvement in CERCLA remedial investigations and feasibility studies at large sediment sites. Her responsibilities have included design of sediment, water column, and bathymetric data collection programs and field sampling plans.

Mr. Barry Kellems is a principal engineer and project manager with more than 30 years of consulting experience, focusing on environmental remediation of contaminated sediments, groundwater, and soils. He has prepared feasibility studies, developed cleanup action plans, and served as project manager/engineer for a broad range of in situ and ex situ treatment projects.

Ms. Bridgette DeShields has 27 years of experience and is a specialist in regulatory strategy, site investigation, site remediation, sediment and water quality management, and environmental toxicology. She has managed programs ranging from large site investigations to screening and quantitative ecological and human health risk assessments.
