Mr. Barry Kellems is a principal engineer and project manager with more than 30 years of consulting experience, focusing on environmental remediation of contaminated sediments, groundwater, and soils. He has prepared feasibility studies, developed cleanup action plans, and served as project manager/engineer for a broad range of in situ and ex situ treatment projects.
Ms. Bridgette DeShields has 27 years of experience and is a specialist in regulatory strategy, site investigation, site remediation, sediment and water quality management, and environmental toxicology. She has managed programs ranging from large site investigations to screening and quantitative ecological and human health risk assessments.
Mr. William Locke is a hydrologist and registered civil engineer. He has more than 25 years of experience in investigation of complex environmental systems, fate and transport assessments, remedy analysis and selection, and regulatory affairs. Mr. Locke advises a broad range of clients on scientific and engineering issues, regulatory strategy, and management of environmental assets and liabilities.
