Mr. Taylor Caster is a seasoned civil and coastal engineer with a proven track record of 8 years in the field of marine construction and coastal projects. With experience focused in dredging and dredged material management, harbor and marina facility enhancements, and waterfront construction, he is well-equipped to handle complex assignments in these areas. In addition to his specialization in larger-scale projects, Mr. Caster also brings valuable experience in residential civil projects, including grading, stormwater management, and individual wastewater systems. This breadth of expertise allows him to effectively navigate various project scales and complexities. Having extensively worked in the state of Hawai‘i, Mr. Caster possesses an in-depth understanding of the federal, state, and county permitting requirements specific to this region. Moreover, he has developed a strong technical skill set in hydrographic surveying; GPS system setup, configuration, and management; topographic surveying; and data processing and management.
