Ms. Molly Mulhern is an environmental scientist with more than 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, energy markets, and sustainability. She has worked extensively as a neutral allocation consultant for PRP groups involved in cost allocations for Superfund site cleanups. Ms. Mulhern’s time in the energy industry has included working for a regional transmission organization and supporting applications that allow energy traders to facilitate wholesale electricity transactions. Her work in that domain involved ensuring compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), and North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) regulations, as well as interfacing with energy companies and traders to ensure fair and efficient scheduling of electricity transmission.
Ms. Mulhern also has experience in sustainability, specifically starting up a new sustainability department at a real estate investment firm. She led the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data management and reporting activities for U.S. operations. She led the submission to the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark for four real estate funds, totaling more than 500 industrial and logistics buildings. Ms. Mulhern was also involved in carrying out the firm’s solar, utility metering, climate risk, and building certification programs. She additionally supported the firm’s investor relations with respect to sustainability and ESG, as well as tenant outreach and partnerships.
