Integral Scientists to Present and Exhibit at SETAC 39th Annual Meeting in Sacramento

Scientists from Integral Consulting Inc. (Integral) will present and exhibit at the 39th Annual Meeting of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) in Sacramento, California, on November 4–8, 2018.

Anthony Luz, Ph.D., Kara Scheu, Ph.D., Yasemin Atalay, Ph.D., James Wilhelm, Mala Pattanayek, Damian Preziosi, and Brandon Sackmann, Ph.D., will deliver platform and poster presentations on various topics, including human health risks associated with emerging contaminants, effects of climate change on natural sediment recovery, a hazard ranking system to address ecological risks of perfluoroalkyl acids, cleanup levels and approaches for petroleum-contaminated sites, ecosystem modeling to assess pesticide risks to endangered species, a new platform for in situ monitoring of cyanobacteria, and hydrocarbon compounds in surface water following an oil spill. In addition, Paul DeLeo, Ph.D., will co-chair a session on environmental fate and exposure modeling. Also attending the meeting are Integral Principal Bridgette DeShields, Strategic Advisor Brenda Sanders, Ph.D., Consultant Kenia Whitehead, Ph.D., and Associate Robert Pastorok, Ph.D.
