Integral Consulting Inc. Announces Reorganization Focused on Client Service and Ongoing Growth

Science and engineering firm Integral Consulting Inc. today announced a realignment of its corporate structure to position the firm for sustained growth and continued excellence in client service and technical innovation.

Integral has seen strong growth over the past year, and expects to continue that growth as part of the next phase of its strategic plan to build on the company’s success in supporting clients.

Integral appoints Judi Durda as Executive Vice President of Client Services—a new position at the 182-person firm. Ms. Durda’s primary focus will be on company-wide business development strategy and execution, client development strategy and execution, technical innovation, and marketing.

“The reorganization strengthens our service offerings to clients and establishes a broader group of talented leaders responsible for business strategy,” explains Ms. Durda. “We’ll continue to grow into new markets, while maintaining our core values of technical excellence and exceptional client service.”

Under the reorganized structure, three Integral staff have been promoted to serve in new leadership positions, reporting to Ms. Durda.

Avram Frankel, P.E., is named Managing Principal and Business Director for Investigation and Remediation. Mr. Frankel is a noted professional engineer, technical expert, and program manager with more than 30 years of experience supporting a wide range of clients. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the investigation and remediation business area, which includes Integral’s engineering, hydrogeosciences, and chemistry services.

Craig Jones, Ph.D., is named Managing Principal and Business Director for Marine, Coastal, Climate, and Technology Services. Dr. Jones is a principal ocean and environmental engineer with a strong track record in developing and executing engineering and science projects for government agencies and the private sector to characterize offshore environmental sites. As a business director, Dr. Jones will guide Integral’s continued growth into the frontiers of marine and climate services and support clients in developing sustainable solutions.

Damian Preziosi is named Managing Principal and Director of Strategic Initiatives. Mr. Preziosi is an environmental scientist and risk assessor with a wealth of experience in evaluating potential ecological and human health risks associated with exposures to physical, chemical, and biological hazards. He supports clients in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia for work in the energy, chemical, and mining sectors. Under his new role, he will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing cross-disciplinary strategic business initiatives and tracking market conditions and emerging opportunities.
