Avram Frankel Discusses Groundwater Remediation at NGWA Groundwater Week

Avram Frankel, above, will present during Groundwater Week.

Integral Principal Avram Frankel, P.E., will discuss lessons learned in groundwater remediation during the National Ground Water Association’s (NGWA) annual Groundwater Week in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Held on December 3–5, 2019, the meeting provides unparalleled education and networking opportunities for members of NGWA, the nonprofit organization representing the professionals involved in the groundwater industry.

As a key panelist in the December 4, 10:15–11:45 a.m. session titled “Lessons Learned in the (Remediation) Field,” Mr. Frankel will share perspectives during his presentation “A Short List of Remediation Game Changers and Key Drivers Past and Present—a 30-year Perspective.”  Mr. Frankel will discuss technical topics, as well as important environmental insurance and litigation considerations.

With more than 30 years as an environmental engineer, technical expert, and program manager, Mr. Frankel has overseen the successful design, costing, installation, and optimization of groundwater remediation and potable water treatment systems across the U.S.  His projects have included the holistic management and ultimate remediation of large commingled and multi-contaminant groundwater plumes in challenging stakeholder environments and under litigation or settlement conditions.
