Bio

Ms. Jamie Del Pozzo is an environmental professional with a diverse field and administrative background in environmental remediation, biology, environmental compliance, and biological consulting. She has experience implementing mitigation measures to comply with environmental documents—such as an environmental impact reports/statements and biological assessments—that address state and federal Endangered Species Act, habitat conservation plans, California Environmental Quality Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, National Environmental Policy Act, mitigation and monitoring plans, Section 404 and 401 of the Clean Water Act, and 1602 Streambed Alteration Agreements, as well as other related codes under the California Department of Fish and Game.

Ms. Del Pozzo has conducted numerous biological surveys in support of energy projects throughout California, with species-specific surveys for western burrowing owl (Athene cunicularia hypugea), red-legged frog (Rana draytonii), Swainson’s Hawk (Buteo swainsoni), nesting birds for compliance with the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and numerous sensitive and rare plants in California. She also has experience working with various vegetation communities and many other sensitive species throughout Southern and Northern California.
