Coordinates and assists with pilot restoration plan development, and sycamore restoration suitability study, including quantitative vegetation monitoring, and tree health and size assessments.
Pescadero Gully Wetland Delineation and Riparian Habitat Mapping , Pescadero, California — Serves as project manager of wetland delineation and habitat mapping of a restoration site. Conducted wetland delineation including ordinary high water mark delineation and seasonal wetland identification.
Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project, Morgan Hill, California — Serves as project manager for designing and writing a mitigation and monitoring plan for a large multi-habitat dam restoration project. Coordinated and assisted with assessing habitat impacts, mitigation ratios, identifying locations for mitigation, and designing the mitigation habitats, as well as the writing maintenance and monitoring plan.
Palo Alto Golf Course Mitigation Wetland Remediation and Monitoring, Palo Alto, California — Serves as project manager for wetland mitigation site existing conditions monitoring and reporting. Coordinated and assisted in wetland monitoring including soil pits, vegetation and hydrology mapping and monitoring, and reporting.
Calero Dam Seismic Retrofit Arborist Report, Santa Clara County, California — Serves as project manager and lead ISA-certified arborist for 900 tree survey and arborist report. Conducted and managed tree survey in wildland setting with multiple teams.
Middle Mixer Valley Drainage Cleanup and Restoration Project, San José, California — Serves as project manager for maintenance and annual monitoring of an ephemeral swale restoration project in the foothills of the Diablo Range near Coyote Ridge including erosion and invasive species maintenance recommendations in collaboration with Balance Hydrologics and Confluence Restoration.
City of San José Riparian Mitigation Site Maintenance and Monitoring, San José, California — Managed annual monitoring of riparian woody cover, invasive plant species cover, and mitigation plant health and vigor, and prepared annual monitoring reports for six riparian mitigation sites and conducted maintenance monitoring and prescribed vegetation maintenance recommendations for weed control, irrigation, and vandalism repair for eight riparian mitigation sites for the City of San José, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services.
Calero County Park Pond and Wetland Restoration Project, Santa Clara County, California — Led annual monitoring of wetland plant cover and invasive plant species cover, and mitigation plant health and vigor. Conducted data analyses and prepared annual monitoring reports in partnership with the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency for a pond and wetland restoration project.
Stevens Canyon Road Bridges Maintenance and Monitoring, Santa Clara County, California — Managed and led annual monitoring of woody riparian, herbaceous, and invasive plant cover, mitigation plant health and vigor, and prepared annual monitoring reports for two bridge retrofit projects.

Google Redevelopment Projects, Sunnyvale, California — Led soil sampling, prepared samples for laboratory analyses, and made recommendations for soil preparation for tree installation for multiple redevelopment projects.
Lower Berryessa Monitoring and Reporting, Phase 2, Milpitas, California — Monitored construction implementation, plant installation, and site maintenance activities, and communicated the current conditions and recommended maintenance activities to the project contractor for a Valley Water project. Conducted annual monitoring and maintenance monitoring of the site for Valley Water.
Euer Valley Wetland Delineation and Habitat Mapping, Truckee, California — Managed and conducted wetland delineation and rare plant survey of an 57 acre area where client planned to restore and enhance ecological conditions.
Fallon Village Mitigation Project, Dublin, California — Conducted topography, hydrology, and wetland vegetation cover monitoring at one wetland and six ponds created for California red legged frog and California tiger salamander.
Sycamore Alluvial Woodland (SAW) Habitat Mapping and Regeneration Studies, Santa Clara County, California — Prepared Sycamore Alluvial Woodland Planting Guide which provides guidelines for the restoration of California sycamores in altered and unaltered hydrological regimes throughout Santa Clara Valley.
Sycamore Alluvial Woodland Pilot Revegetation Plan and Propagation Study, Santa Clara County, California — Analyzed the results and authored a California sycamore cutting propagation study report. The study tested the efficacy of various cutting and propagation techniques as part of the Santa Clara Valley Water District sycamore alluvial woodland restoration efforts.
California Sycamore Hybridization Study, Santa Clara County, California — Collected California sycamore seeds and leaves and submitted to lab for genetic analysis, evaluated results, and wrote report detailing genetics of California sycamores in Santa Clara County including how common hybrids of California sycamores and London plane trees are.
Coyote Creek Mabury Road to Empire Street Mitigation Assistance, San José, California — Conducted mitigation site search, opportunities assessment and wrote site selection memorandum for City of San José trail project. After concurrence with the selected site, designed mitigation site and wrote riparian maintenance and monitoring plan for regulatory agency approval.
