Mr. Brogan’s project management areas have included underground storage tank (UST) removal, hazardous waste management, soil and groundwater remediation, New Jersey Industrial Site Remediation Act (ISRA) cases, Phase I/II/III environmental audits, hazardous waste disposal, vapor intrusion, membrane interface probe (MIP) evaluations and NPDES permit compliance.
Mr. Brogan’s background as a project manager has permitted him to successfully manage large and complicated environmental site remediation projects leading to successful resolution and compliance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations.
