Los Vaqueros Reservoir Watershed Natural Resources Monitoring

Since 2016, Integral staff have supported natural resources management for the Contra Costa Water District across the Los Vaqueros Watershed and approximately 5,000 acres of regional conservation lands in the Corral Hollow, Morgan Territory, and Marsh Creek areas. Services have included grassland and grazing monitoring, preactivity and biological surveys, special-status species population monitoring, habitat and restoration monitoring, oak woodland assessment, and reporting. This ongoing work has enabled the district to efficiently fulfill the requirements of numerous permits associated with construction and operation of the Los Vaqueros Reservoir.
