Mr. Gerald Palushock is a consultant in data management and geographic information system (GIS) development and analysis. He has 20 years of experience managing complex data collection, storage, and dissemination systems for both public and private sectors. He has automated processes to manage data sets, export summaries, and produce statistics and visualizations for analysis and reporting. Mr. Palushock is adept with programming to automate comparisons of laboratory analytical results to numerical benchmarks to ensure compliance with federal and state environmental laws (e.g., CERCLA, Model Toxics Control Act/Sediment Management Standards [SMS], RCRA, TSCA) and has performed this work for various clients nationwide. He has planned and budgeted data management projects for environmental remediation, risk analysis, and litigation to ensure on-time delivery of data deliverables and analytical results based on client needs and constraints. In addition, Mr. Palushock has produced spatial visualizations to support expert analysis of environmental site assessments and presentations.
