Use of Close-Range Photogrammetry in Construction Defect Claim

Close-Range Photogrammetry in Construction Defect ClaimIntegral engineers used photographs collected during construction to evaluate the placement of structural foundation elements (now encased in concrete). Integral used close-range photogrammetry techniques to opine on whether the foundation elements were placed in accordance with the design documents. The alleged misplacement of the foundation elements led to a multi-million dollar change order, which was the impetus for the litigation. Integral concluded that the structural elements were not placed in accordance with the design drawings.
