Integral’s Annual STEM Donations Benefit Gulf of Maine Research Institute and Other Programs

Integral consultant Elizabeth Rand discusses ecology at the Gulf of Maine Research Institute.

From motivating middle schoolers to team up on hands-on science projects, to inspiring girls to pursue careers in math and science, Integral Consulting Inc. is continuing to support organizations that foster youth education programs in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

Integral consultant Elizabeth Rand recently met with a representative from the Gulf of Maine Research Institute to show Integral’s support of the Institute’s educational programs designed to cultivate science literacy for youth. Over the last decade, the Institute’s LabVenture program has taught hands-on, personally relevant science, engineering, and math to more than 150,000 Maine middle schoolers.

Other organizations receiving Integral donations last year included STEM Kids NYC, Girls in STEM Denver, Monsignor Slade Catholic School, Meadow Brooke, Washington STEM, Marshall Middle School, Girls Inc., Tech Bridge Girls, and Children Now.
