Integral stands in solidarity with the Asian community in this time of racially motivated violence, discrimination, pain, and grief. We recognize the enduring and often overlooked violence perpetrated against Asian Americans for centuries in this country and we will continue to do our part to promote efforts both within and outside our company to overcome racism and promote diversity, inclusion, and equity. We are dedicated to ensuring that Integral remains a supportive and safe workplace for all of our employees regardless of age, class, gender, disability, national origin, religion, or sexual orientation, and we are continuously working to identify ways that we can do better.
As a show of support, Integral has made donations totaling $5,000 to the Asian Americans Advancing Justice Affiliation and the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum, both organizations that are working to tackle core issues around racial injustice and advocating for the civil and human rights of Asian Americans.
Integral’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee aims to create an intentionally inclusive work environment that will lead to a more diverse and equitable work culture for all. Our DEI initiatives focus on creating cultural changes within Integral through conversations about race as we come together and stand up for racial justice.
