Integral Consulting Inc. Announces New CFO and Two Staff Promotions to Principal

Integral Consulting Inc. (Integral), a premier science and engineering consulting company, today announced the appointment of Edgar Uribe as Chief Financial Officer—a new position at the 150-person firm. We also are proud to announce the recent promotions of Erin Palko, P.G., LSRP, and Patrick Gwinn to Principal.

Prior to joining Integral, Mr. Uribe was an executive vice president and senior principal at Cardno, where he was responsible for oversight of the firm’s business operations in the U.S., and in expansion of its regions and services. He has more than 30 years of experience as an operational business developer and management professional who specializes in the strategic growth of professional service organizations, particularly engineering and environmental consulting firms.

Mr. Uribe is well known to Integral, and worked with the firm for more than 4 years as an external advisor on several business development efforts, including its opening of an office in Mexico in 2018.

A licensed site remediation professional and professional geologist, Erin Palko has more than 20 years of consulting experience in the environmental field. She is known for her work on soil and groundwater investigation and remediation in both state and federal programs and her experience working at sites affected by a number of chemicals including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) at chemical, petrochemical, and industrial facilities. Ms. Palko also serves as the firm’s East Coast Regional Director.

Patrick Gwinn has more than 25 years of environmental consulting experience, providing a broad base of expertise in the areas of human health and ecological risk assessment, water quality, fate and transport dispersion modeling, product stewardship, air toxics sampling, and hazardous waste management. He has been instrumental in developing and leading projects aimed at establishing site-specific ambient water quality criteria and pollutant discharge limits.
