Interview Process

A typical interview process begins with an informal telephone interview with one or more of our consultants and/or a Human Resources representative. This may progress to a formal interview with the opportunity to meet with staff from other disciplines. The interview process may require that a candidate deliver a formal technical presentation, depending on the skill level and responsibilities outlined for the position.

Applicant Qualities

We specifically look for qualities outlined in the relevant job description. Overall, we seek qualified, highly motivated individuals with strong technical and communications skills. All successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment, and must share our commitment to the highest standards in client service, quality work, and professionalism.

Employment Offers

All offers of employment are contingent on candidates passing a background screening that includes employment history, criminal background, Federal Watch List, a drug and alcohol screening, and, if applicable, a degree verification. Candidates will receive a written notice of this requirement. All screenings will be done in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
