Diversity and Inclusion: Mala Pattanayek Presents at Legal Education Roundtable

Senior Consultant Mala Pattanayek will speak on diversity at a legal education roundtable on September 12, 2018.

Making a commitment toward eliminating bias and achieving diversity in the workplace is not only smart policy, it impacts the bottom line. On September 12, 2018, as a guest speaker at a legal education roundtable in San Francisco, Mala Pattanayek of Integral Consulting Inc. will discuss how diversity affects organizational recruiting and employee retention. Sponsored by the Bar Association of San Francisco, the roundtable will draw participants set to hear practical advice on how organizations—both small and large—incorporate diversity, inclusion, and the elimination of bias into their respective cultures.

Ms. Pattanayek, senior consultant in toxicology and risk assessment, is known for her leadership in furthering development of opportunities for diversity in the environmental field. She leads the mentorship committee of the Bay Area Women in Environment (WIE) chapter and is a member of the WIE Board. Carolina Zuri, Integral project engineer, serves on the mentorship and communications steering committees of the Bay Area WIE chapter. Other Integral staff across the country serve as mentors and support diversity initiatives.
