About the Event
Try to envision a world in 2021/2022 where the organizations and leaders with whom you work are differently and better equipped to address their challenges—hard conversations, innovation, creativity, adaptability during complex times, resilience, inclusivity, accountability. Never have the stakes and opportunities been higher. Brené Brown’s best-selling book, “Dare to Lead,” offers a platform for learning the four skills for vulnerability and courage in the workplace. Mimi Darmstadter will present an overview of the skills and will help the audience begin to assess their readiness for daring greatly at work and in professional relationships. This interactive session promises new insights and a gateway for skill development.
