Todd Martin, P.E.
Senior Managing Engineer, Hydrogeochemist
Mr. Todd Martin is a professional engineer and a hydrogeochemist. He has 13 years of experience in the environmental field, specializing in environmental engineering, the transport and fate of inorganic and organic chemicals in the environment, and remediation alternatives analysis. Mr. Martin’s background encompasses engineering design and cost analysis, aqueous and soil geochemistry, hydrogeology, and microbiology. He has substantial experience conducting remedial investigations and feasibility studies (RI/FSs), focused on the development of cost-effective alternatives for site remediation that are protective of human health and the environment and are consistent with long-term site management. He is adept in the application of geochemical and hydrologic models to assess water quality and quantity, contaminant transport and fate, and the implementation of bench- and pilot-scale studies to demonstrate remedial effectiveness. Mr. Martin has managed or served as the lead engineer for several environmental projects, including CERCLA remedial investigation and feasibility studies, RCRA facility investigations, state led projects, and litigation and property transfer projects.
