Mr. Benjamin Starr is a civil engineer with broad experience in environmental and water resources engineering. Mr. Starr has served as project engineer and task manager for remediation, habitat restoration and civil infrastructure projects in upland and marine environments. He has conducted site investigations, engineering analyses and design, cost estimates, and comparative analyses of remediation technologies at sites with impacted sediments, soil, and groundwater. Mr. Starr has prior experience as an ecologist and has performed ecosystem-scale research of global climate change processes for a leading university laboratory. His 13 years of combined experience in engineering and science provide a unique breadth of skills and understanding of environmental systems.
