Erik R. Strandhagen, GISP

Erik Strandhagen is a certified professional in geographic information systems (GIS) with more than 10 years of professional experience conducting GIS analysis and management of environmental data. Mr. Strandhagen specializes in advanced gridding analysis for groundwater and geologic 3-dimensional subsurface site models. The subsurface models have been peer reviewed by EPA and vetted by other regulatory agencies. He also manages numerous GIS projects as well as collection and data processing for GPS equipment at Integral.

Mr. Strandhagen holds a master of science in geography with an emphasis in hydrology, geomorphology and advanced temporal and spatial data analysis. In his academic pursuits, he has performed nationally award-winning research conducting environmental scientific GIS analysis at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Mr. Strandhagen’s skills include GIS design, spatial analysis, computer programming, data management, remote sensing image interpretation, hydrologic modeling, geostatistics, 3-dimensional modeling, cartographic design, and data visualization. In his professional career, he has experience producing GIS data and analysis for National Science Foundation Grant Research, Oregon Department of Transportation, and Lane County, Oregon. Mr. Strandhagen is also experienced in print and digital cartographic atlas publications.
