Technology Evaluation for Cement Company

An Integral scientist managed a project team consisting of academic and industrial experts to perform technological and scientific analyses to identify the most effective method for reducing the formation and emission of dioxins and furans at a cement facility. The team performed an extensive literature search, analyzed facility-specific emission data, and investigated state-of-the-art emission control technologies for dioxins and furans, after which it recommended the most suitable method for implementation. Subsequent emission tests proved that the recommended emission control technology was very effective at achieving emission reduction targets.

This project reflects Integral staff experience gained under previous employment.
