Dina Johnson and Barbara Trenary represented Integral at this year’s WDTL meeting, which featured presentations, panel discussions, and expert exhibits pertaining to construction defect claims in Washington, recent developments in the trial courts, and legislative updates.
Integral provides scientific and technical support to legal and insurance professionals seeking to better understand the potential exposure issues in construction defect and water damage claims. Integral’s expert exhibit displayed examples of moisture and mold-related impacts on buildings and summarized criteria for evaluating the strength of health-based exposure claims. Of interest to many attendees, the exhibit included microscopic viewing of indoor organisms common to problem buildings, along with other numerous photographic displays of these organisms.
