Integral Consulting has officially expanded its environmental services to the Hawaiian Islands by establishing a new office in Honolulu. Headed by William Cutler, P.G., the office will initially focus on site investigation, engineering, and remediation services for clients located in this unique, ecologically rich area.
Bill Cutler has 23 years of project management experience in investigation and remediation of complex sites under Superfund, RCRA, and state programs. Known for his effective application of innovative and proven remedies, Mr. Cutler has led multimillion-dollar projects that have returned sites to full community use while substantially reducing client costs.
Integral projects already under way in Hawaii include site assessments of agricultural lands, remedy evaluations for contaminated properties, evaluation of background metals and innovative remedial technology pilots.
The new Integral office will also provide expertise in strategy development, remedial technologies, regulatory and community stakeholder communications, and financial assessment of impaired properties.
